We provide standard lentiviral vectors coding for bioluminescent and fluorescent reporter proteins. These reporters are under the control of the strong and constitutive EF1a promoter to be expressed in any cell type (dividing and non-dividing cells, stem cells, neuronal cells,…). The reporter expression can be localized in the cytoplasm or in a specific compartment of the transduced cell.
These reporters are also available under the control of specific promoters in order to label specific tissues (liver, pancreas,…), subcell types in a tissue (neurons, astrocytes, germ lines cells,…) or cells in a specific state (proliferative, senescent, …).
Additionally, we offer standard lentiviral vectors coding for the inducible Tet-On 3G system from Clontech.
